The goal of this blog is to share our experience and journey as Nicole and I raise a family, as we bring twins into this world. For most people, this is quite an endeavor. For us it will be another world entirely, raising children and dealing with my spinal cord injury. I will write as often as I can, and I look forward to this blog, and hopefully you will tune in for the posts!

Another point of this blog is to enlighten some people out there as to what it means to have a spinal cord injury. It’s no picnic, that’s for sure. Also, for those of you that don’t know SCI stands for spinal cord injury. It is not pronounced as a word like sci-fi, as the gentleman at GoDaddy pronounced it (sigh-family life!) I’ve always loved teaching, hopefully we can all learn something from this experience!
